MOU Partnership
Through an MOU partnership (Memorandum of Understanding), with HomeFree USA, a HUD certification homebuyer counseling training agency will provide homebuyer education training ( Pre and post home educational training services, and ongoing resources).
Construction Loans
Construction loans that cover only the costs of the real estate development. This is different from a mortgage, and it’s considered specialty financing. Once the home is built, the prospective occupant must apply for a mortgage to pay for the completed home.
